Ready for the next career step? We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks along, and wants to gradually take on responsibility as deputy for a team of around 8 people.

Location: 8108 Dällikon | Workload: 100% | Start: Immediately or by arrangement

Your main tasks

You will be operational from the start – and gradually grow into the deputy team lead role:

Logistics Goods Receipt

• Coordinate goods receipt: You ensure that deliveries are processed correctly, quickly and cleanly.
• Lead the team: You support the team lead in the daily coordination of 6–8 employees – hands-on, on the floor.
• Operate systems: You diligently carry out bookings in the warehouse system and ensure clean data quality.
• Interface with purchasing: You communicate proactively in case of delivery deviations and take care of proper goods flow control.
• Live processes: You ensure standards are adhered to – and actively pass on your knowledge to the team.
• Take on deputy duties: In the absence of the team lead, you are the first point of contact.

Your profile

• EFZ Logistics qualification or at least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse / goods receipt – you know how it works.
• Valid forklift licence
• Confident handling of IT warehouse systems
• Hands-on mentality: You pitch in – leading means being a role model for you
• Reliability and punctuality are a given for you, non-negotiable.
• You keep a cool head and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
• First experience in employee coordination or training apprentices is a plus – but not a must.
• Confident communication in German, spoken and written (B2)
