About the job
Within International Cooperation, you act as an intermediary between investigations by foreign supervisory authorities and market participants in Switzerland.
- Independent handling of requests submitted by foreign authorities
- Support to the International Cooperation group in processing complex administrative assistance requests
- Contribution to drafting decisions and managing appeal procedures
- Possibly, participation in on-site inspections and hearings (depending on availability)
- Completed studies in law
- Interest in issues related to financial market law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Efficient and precise working method
- Fluency in French and Italian (level C2), as well as very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
