- You are the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries
- You handle complaints, take care of support and billing inquiries
- You record customer concerns in the system
- You analyze the diverse customer problems and develop suitable solutions
- Working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00
- You are bilingual in German and French (spoken and written)
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- You like working in a lively team
- Good PC skills simplify the entry
- After the training phase, home office is possible (only for employees residing in Switzerland)
- Pleasant working atmosphere, careful training, and individual support
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- One additional vacation day each year until the 5th year of service
- Start on September 1, 2025, workload between 60 - 100% possible after the training phase
