What awaits you

• You advise our clients on mortgage loans

• You assess new business and prepare loan applications

• You determine and validate market value appraisals

• You manage the files, contracts and land charges

• You maintain customer data in our IT systems

• You actively contribute to the further development of processes, digitalisation and automation

• You support the Head of Mortgages with professional and organisational tasks and assume deputy responsibilities

What you bring with you

• University degree or further training in banking, finance or real estate

• Several years of professional experience in banking, real estate or insurance

• Very good knowledge of the mortgage business

• Strong numerical affinity and pronounced analytical skills

• High sense of responsibility as well as independent and precise working

• Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and shaping change

• Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
