Your tasks
As a FaGe EFZ / Nursing Specialist HF
- You take on daily responsibility
- You care for and support our residents individually and holistically
- You actively shape the daily life of our residents and promote their quality of life
- You carry out nursing documentation carefully and completely
- You are the contact person for relatives and key persons
- You take on primary nursing
As a Vocational Trainer
- You introduce learners to their professional everyday life according to the induction programme
- You plan and lead practical learning days
- You recognise, plan, and design learning situations
- You accompany and document work and learning situations
- You implement our internal training guidelines
- You actively help shape our new training ward and continuously develop it together with the training team
- You work closely with the training manager and the entire training team to ensure that theory and practice are optimally linked
What you bring with you
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF
- Completed vocational trainer course
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment in accompanying learners and fostering their potential
- Commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to take on all shifts (excluding night shifts)
- Organisational skills and an independent working style
- Team spirit, reliability, and empathy
- Motivation to actively help shape and further develop our training ward
