• You will support the specialists administratively and organisationally with applications and calls for selective funding, in the area of "schukulu" - cultural offers for school classes, gaining exciting insights into the promotion of cultural and art projects.
• Through targeted research work (e.g. evaluations of funding activities) you will deepen your knowledge of the cultural scene and take on administrative tasks within the framework of cantonal film funding.
• You will be in direct contact with applicants and support project work within the framework of selective funding.
• You will take care of correspondence, minutes and archiving and ensure a smooth process.
• With your commitment, you strengthen our Cultural Promotion & Mediation team in everyday life and are a valuable part of our work.

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's degree at a university or college, ideally in the humanities or social sciences, and now want to apply your knowledge practically.
• You already have some experience in the cultural sector, e.g. through voluntary work.
• You are an organisational talent, tackle tasks independently and convince with your independent, responsible, reliable and precise way of working as well as your very good IT skills.
• You are resilient, persistent and proactive and impress with your planning, communication and organisational talent.
• Open, communicative and team-oriented, you contribute with pleasure to constructive exchange within the team. Enthusiasm for art and culture - especially in the Canton of Lucerne - makes you the ideal addition to our team.
