Property Accountant - Zurich (m/f/d)

You independently manage the accounting of your own property portfolio
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including reports, analyses and reviews
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements and carry out the corresponding preliminary checks
You manage and reconcile debtor, creditor and tenant accounts
You support the management with the monthly dunning process and debt collection
You accompany the takeover of new mandates and post the associated opening balances
You participate in quality controls and advise management on accounting issues
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting or property accounting
Several years of professional experience in independent property accounting
Good user knowledge of Garaio REM, REM or comparable property management software
Independent, precise and responsible working style as well as a strong numerical understanding
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
