Finance and Accounting 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You manage the financial accounting of our group and client companies together with the team members, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• You prepare payment runs and ensure their timely execution

• You create monthly and quarterly reports and continuously optimise their structure

• You confidently use our existing finance and reporting tools in daily work (e.g. Excel analyses, templates) and contribute improvement suggestions

• You work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement them into functional, practical finance tools

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training with a federal diploma in finance and accounting (or are about to complete it)

• You bring relevant practical experience in operational accounting and are confident in the entire accounting process

• You have a strong technical flair: very good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automations)

• You work analytically, carefully, process-oriented and think along when it comes to technical improvements

• You are independent, reliable and feel comfortable in a young, informal team. Collegiality and helpfulness are natural to you
