ERP Application Supporter 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
Our partner is a certified provider of ERP solutions and supports Swiss companies in the implementation, support and further development of powerful and efficient systems. As part of an international corporate group, the location has a highly motivated and competent team known for high-quality, customised IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
Support in the technical implementation of ERP projects (e.g. SAP Business One)
Carrying out support activities for customers
Independent setup of customer installations
Design and implementation of integration solutions, including interfaces and workflows
Participation in projects, such as supporting workshops, system customising according to customer requirements and training within the scope of implementation or update projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a certified system technician EFZ or a comparable IT or technical vocational training with appropriate further education
Proven experience in infrastructure engineering using current Microsoft technologies
(including Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server, HANA, Microsoft 365 Services, Security and Datacenter)
- especially in installation, support and administrationKnowledge in the ERP environment is desirable, e.g. SAP Business One, B1if, Coresuite, Crystal Reports, C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL or HANA queries as well as experience in database administration
Good understanding of business processes or willingness to systematically acquire this knowledge
Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills
