Product Owner CRM / Customer Suite (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Building and further developing the CRM "Customer Suite" at pfister
- Prioritizing requirements and managing the platform backlog
- Building a "Customer Loyalty" program within the platform
- Ensuring the operational operation of the CRM solution (BSI)
- Direct collaboration with IT for seamless integration of the Customer Suite into the system landscape
- Involving various departments and proactive stakeholder management
- Building platform-specific analytics features to enable data-driven decisions
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience as a "Product Owner" in an agile environment, ideally in the CRM area
- Strong stakeholder management
- Technical understanding of architectures and technological contexts
- Value-oriented thinking
- Core interest in the interaction between business, data, and artificial intelligence
- Language skills in English
- Experience with the BSI Customer Suite
- Experience with SAP, Apache Kafka, and Data Analytics
- "Requirements Engineering", SCRUM and/or project management certifications
- Skills to create or adapt technical documentation
- Strong SCRUM knowledge
- Language skills in French, Italian
- SAFe knowledge is an advantage
