Working at Swiss Life Asset Managers means living dynamism in a stable environment. Our employees make the difference. People matter.
Flexible working models enable you to harmonise professional and personal ambitions.
For our dynamic Asset Management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who recognises opportunities in the residential portfolio early and actively drives value creation initiatives. You develop investment ideas, are responsible for their implementation, and actively shape the future of a significant real estate portfolio. The position of Real Estate Asset Manager (80-100%) at the Zurich location is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
The Role
- You identify and realise value creation and investment potential within a significant residential property portfolio; in doing so, you initiate demanding renovation, development, and new build projects.
- You independently develop strategies to increase performance and position properties specifically for the next development and value creation phase.
- You prepare business cases, feasibility analyses, and investment proposals thoroughly and represent them convincingly to the responsible decision-making bodies.
- You critically question existing concepts and processes and develop innovative approaches to increase yield, quality, and sustainability.
- You recognise market trends early and derive concrete investment and development opportunities for the portfolio.
- As an owner’s representative, you manage interdisciplinary teams and efficiently drive projects from concept to realisation.
Your Profile
- With a pronounced investor perspective, you recognise opportunities early, assess risks pragmatically, and drive projects forward with entrepreneurial determination.
- You enjoy developing new ideas, questioning existing approaches, and actively driving change.
- You understand real estate not primarily as assets to be managed, but as investments with development potential.
- A university degree (university/FH) in business administration, finance, real estate, or engineering forms your professional foundation. Ideally, you have further training in real estate investments, corporate finance, or real estate economics (e.g. CUREM, MAS Real Estate etc.).
- Fluent German skills are required; French and English skills are an advantage.
Your Benefits
We support our employees in optimally shaping their professional development and life design throughout all phases of life. Our attractive benefits contribute to this.
