About the position: Are you passionate about micromechanics and the world of luxury? Join a renowned house as a fixed-position CNC Setter. You will join a state-of-the-art workshop to bring exceptional jewellery components to life. We offer you the opportunity to work on high-precision Almac 3-axis machines within a team focused on excellence.
Your main duties: Reporting to the production manager, you oversee manufacturing from A to Z, ensuring the standards of high jewellery:
Setup & Launch: Ensure production start-up (small and medium series) through complex settings on 3-axis machining centres.
Operational Excellence: Guarantee the perfect aesthetic and dimensional conformity of each component, from setup to delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Be proactive in solving technical problems and optimising workshop processes.
Maintenance: Perform level 1 maintenance to ensure the longevity of your work equipment.
Collaboration: Work in synergy with the Methods, Technical Office and Planning departments to streamline production.

Qualifications
Your profile: trained as a CNC polymechanic, you are a technician at heart, meticulous and proud of your expertise.
Technical Expertise: You must have mastery of 3-axis machining on Almac.
Experience: You have significant experience in machining jewellery and watch components as well as working with precious metals and complex parts.
Soft Skills: Rigour, autonomy and team spirit are your watchwords.
