• Management and support in daily business to ensure smooth processes and adherence to quality standards

• Conducting training and coaching to promote expertise and sales skills

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training

• Initial experience in coaching, training or staff management (advantageous)

• Communicative, empathetic and motivating in dealing with different personalities

• Organisational skills and resilience, even in hectic situations

• Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new tools
