Ensuring electricity in Switzerland

In this versatile internship, you will support our team in energy data collection and data exchange on the Swiss electricity market as well as in the international environment. You will gain exciting insights into the energy industry and gradually take on your own responsibilities. Your tasks include:

Active communication with network operators regarding energy data and billing

Preparation and plausibility checks of data for billing as well as carrying out the billing

Support of our specialists in daily business and taking over own partial processes

Participation in projects for process optimisation and automation

Collaboration with various market partners of Swissgrid and insights into the processes of the electricity market

Conducting data analyses with a focus on financial impacts in the energy market

For this exciting position, we are looking for an analytically thinking and committed personality with enthusiasm for data analyses, processes and collaboration. Additionally, you bring the following:

Bachelor's degree or ongoing bachelor's studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable field

Interest in gaining experience in the field of energy data and electricity market as well as high performance and willingness to learn

Open and team-oriented personality with clear communication

Very good MS Office skills, Python skills and a strong affinity for IT systems

First experiences in the energy industry are an advantage

Very good German skills; English and other national languages are a plus
