We are proud to be a first-tier supplier to Roche. For our valued partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. based in Kaiseraugst, we are currently seeking a motivated IMP Quality Clinical Packaging for a temporary position of one year with the possibility of extension.
IMP Quality Operations Switzerland ensures the compliant delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) to patients, fully aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We serve as the quality partner for all manufacturing and clinical packaging units within Pharmaceutical Technical Development in Switzerland. Key Responsibilities:
- Support all quality-related packaging processes and collaborate closely with packaging operations and relevant stakeholders regarding GMP compliance
- Act as a trusted GMP partner to ensure successful achievement of company objectives
- Review and approve manufacturing specifications and batch records for finished and semi-finished products
- Proactively manage deviations and changes
- Collaborate on local and global project management activities
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within IMP Quality Clinical Packaging, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop, verify, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality management role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality requirements for clinical development phases
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Proven ability to take ownership, work purpose-driven, and continuously enhance personal and team effectiveness
- Strong team player with high self-motivation and the ability to inspire others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceutical development areas such as packaging lines, materials management, quality control, or quality assurance
- Experience with SAP and Veeva software systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
