What is my role?

You enjoy food and have long wanted to know how it is produced? Dairy products fascinate you, and you have a flair for technology? Then you can apply this to diverse production facilities where mozzarella, cream cheese, or cottage cheese are produced daily in the highest quality.

• With your commitment, you ensure that modern production facilities run reliably at all times: You independently and responsibly carry out control, maintenance, and repair work

• Thanks to your technical know-how and analytical working style, you recognise faults early and resolve them efficiently and sustainably

• You actively contribute new ideas, identify potential improvements, and carry out optimisation projects from the initial idea to successful implementation

• Your efforts significantly contribute to ensuring that the products remain safe and of high quality – and that processes function economically and efficiently

• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from production, engineering, and other specialist departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession

• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility: You reliably take on early and on-call duties 3-5 weeks per year (no shift work)

• High willingness to learn as well as a structured and independent working style

• Open, communicative, and goal-oriented personality with team spirit

• Very good German language skills

• Driving licence category B
