Your tasks
- Organisation and execution of inspections in the area of support measures and combating undeclared work
- Investigations into suspected offences, conducting criminal hearings
- Writing inspection reports and hearing minutes
- Decisions on business closures in case of offences
- Close collaboration with the Cantonal Police and Public Prosecutor's Office in the fight against crime, particularly regarding undeclared work
- Cooperation with control bodies and other authorities
- Conducting presentations for organisations and partners
- Performing administrative tasks related to the role

- Good knowledge of foreigner law, social insurance and taxation

- Fluency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
