Your tasks
- Supporting the CEO Office in strategic initiatives through research, analyses, and coordination of cross-departmental projects.
- Contributing to the preparation of internal documents, including business plans, presentations, and decision-making materials for management.
- Contributing to strategic topics such as budget planning, market analyses, and organisational development.
- Participating in management meetings and workshops to deepen strategic and operational insights.
- Supporting projects in areas such as sales, product management, and customer success.
- Participating in structured learning opportunities as well as personal mentoring by experienced executives.
Your profile
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Unbridled willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Commitment and initiative – both professionally and beyond – as well as creativity and dynamism.
- Internship experience, ideally in hospital, rehabilitation, psychiatry, or digital health sectors.
