HR Specialist 80% ad interim
Your tasks
- You actively shape the role of the HR specialist and ensure that all HR tasks are reliably and punctually fulfilled
- You are responsible for personnel administration (entries/exits, changes, training, certificates)
- You ensure that payroll administration is carried out reliably and error-free in cooperation with the headquarters
- You handle recruitment in collaboration with the responsible supervisors, take over applicant administration, and participate in interviews
- You monitor compliance with the staffing plan in cooperation with management and provide various evaluations and key figures
- Organizing the time tracking system Polypoint, assisting supervisors with questions, processing monthly and annual financial statements
- You are the first point of contact for our department heads and employees on personnel matters, social insurance, and labor law
- Registration and monitoring of incapacity for work due to illness and accidents including daily allowance benefits
- You participate in interdisciplinary and cross-company projects and ensure that HR processes at your location are continuously optimized
What you bring
- A commercial apprenticeship combined with further training in human resources (at the level of HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role and ideally some leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills, ability to think holistically and networked
- Very good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders, excellent oral and written expression
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage
- You are proficient with Office applications and common IT programs (ideally knowledge of Polypoint and Business Central)
- Neat appearance
