We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 - this way employees are deployed according to their skills. In the stores in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen, and Winterthur as well as the two outlet stores, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands.
