The Zurich Cantonal Police, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for security in the canton. Our newly established HR Service Center is partly responsible for the entire personnel administration of all employees as well as personnel controlling. HR Services Specialist (limited to 2 years) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- You take responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit. This includes the creation of orders, certificates, confirmations as well as the maintenance of master data
- You are responsible for a smooth and efficient onboarding process, including scheduling, providing information and materials for new employees
- You actively support your colleagues in the introduction of our new HR software SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactor
- You help to identify optimization potentials in our HR processes, help shape them and implement new, more efficient procedures
- You participate in training sessions from HR software providers, engage with current trends in HR software and bring your insights into the team
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) as well as at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR administration
- You have successfully completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
- You bring extensive experience in the use of SAP S/4HANA and Success Factors, and are very familiar with the MS Office suite
- You are a service-oriented personality with a proactive and independent working style and have excellent communication skills as well as pronounced interpersonal skills
- You have good analytical skills and a networked way of thinking
- You have an impeccable reputation
