Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the strategic procurement of materials and services
Analysis of procurement requirements and development of procurement strategies
Identification of suitable suppliers and negotiation of contracts and terms
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and budget requirements
Supplier management and development of long-term business relationships
Continuous market monitoring to identify new procurement opportunities
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as development, production, and project management
Risk management and ensuring the supply chain
Optimisation of procurement processes and strategies
Qualifications:
Completed studies in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement
Sound knowledge of contract law and negotiations
Experience in supplier management and development of supplier relationships
Technical understanding and knowledge of materials management
Analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Fluent German and English skills
