We provide education at Lake Zurich
The Lake Zurich Education Center (BZZ) is a cantonal vocational school with locations in Horgen and Stäfa. We train apprentices in the professions of media technology, computer science, and childcare and offer commercial training programs. Computer science secondary school students attend specialized classes at BZZ. As a recognized vocational baccalaureate location, we offer the commercial BM type economy. The Lake Zurich Education Center, with about 140 teachers and 2180 students, relies on digital support and well-functioning IT systems for administration.
Do you want to shape the future with us?
To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a committed and independent personality for a fixed term of one year, starting immediately or by arrangement, who is not only familiar with 1st and 2nd level support but also actively thinks along, helps shape, and proactively accompanies the implementation of cantonal IT projects on site.

- Analyze, optimize, and implement digital processes - user-oriented and efficient
- Conduct internal application training and create related materials/how-tos
- 2nd level support (hardware/software) including root cause analysis, sustainable fault resolution, and knowledge base maintenance
- Assist with rollouts, migrations, and system adjustments (e.g., M365, endpoints, identities)
- Documentation and quality assurance in projects and ongoing operations (standards, checklists, operational documentation)
Your profile
- Completed IT training (EFZ/TS/HF or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in 2nd level support and in implementing/managing small IT projects, ideally in the public sector
