Role:
In this role, you are responsible for conducting workplace analyses, occupational medical examinations and preventive check-ups in accordance with legal requirements and assessing work-related health risks. You develop targeted prevention measures, design health and safety programmes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in occupational safety and health protection. Additionally, you advise employees and management on occupational medical issues and emergency preparedness. In the event service, you plan major operations together with other specialists and support them when an incident occurs as part of a regulated on-call service. As an experienced specialist in occupational medicine, you bring solid clinical expertise, emergency experience and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- You conduct workplace analyses as well as occupational medical examinations and preventive check-ups in accordance with legal requirements.
- In this role, you assess work-related health risks and develop appropriate prevention measures.
- You plan major operations in the event service together with other specialists and support them when an incident occurs.
- As an occupational medicine specialist, you advise employees and management on occupational medical issues and emergency preparedness.
- You develop and implement health and safety programmes in collaboration with the Corporate Health management.
- In this role, you ensure compliance with all legal requirements and standards regarding occupational safety and health protection.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a specialist in occupational medicine, ideally complemented by general medicine, practical medicine or internal medicine
- Additional qualifications such as SGNOR company doctor course, ACLS or equivalent further training
- Solid emergency experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams as well as in larger companies
- Strong service orientation, communication skills at all hierarchy levels, high degree of independence, willingness to shape and flexibility
- Very good oral and written German and English skills as well as a category B driving licence
