What is my role?

• Preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of the entire product range

• Device installations including qualification

• Training of users and technicians

• Close cooperation with the sales team

• Documentation of activities performed in Salesforce Field Service App

• Management of spare parts, test equipment and tools

• Technical support by phone and email

• Independent travel planning for assignments in EU branch offices

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training as an electronics technician, automation technician or mechatronics technician

• Professional experience in customer support, ideally in the service sector

• Interest and enthusiasm for innovative and demanding products

• Independent, focused and efficient working style

• Willingness for regular customer visits in Switzerland as well as Europe
