What guides us
We are a residential group for eight people with support needs. Our work is characterised by a respectful, warm togetherness. We accompany people in their home and shape living together jointly. Our goal is to strengthen the independence, joy of life, and participation of the people.
Your tasks
- Co-creating a safe, lively living environment

- Responsible collaboration in the team, including weekend and on-call duties
- Taking on organisational tasks and key worker responsibilities
What you bring
- A completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or FaBe EFZ
- If you apply as a career changer, we expect you to already have experience in the field of support or health.
