Your tasks
- You independently manage a diverse portfolio of cantonal and leased properties as well as agricultural uses and leasehold properties.
- Coordinating rentals and managing tenancy and lease agreements are part of your varied daily work, as is regular communication with tenants, leaseholders, departments, caretakers and external partners.
- With a good overview, you ensure the safety and smooth operation of the properties, initiate maintenance and repair measures and actively contribute to preserving the value of the real estate.
- Checking invoices and service charge statements, supporting budgeting and processing cost applications are also within your responsibilities.
- Furthermore, you manage ownership and legal relationships, monitor compliance with contractual agreements and ensure that cleaning, maintenance as well as supply and disposal services are reliably provided.
Your profile
- A commercial or technical basic education forms the foundation of your career, complemented by a federal diploma as a property manager or ongoing relevant further training.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in property management and are familiar with the essential processes of professional real estate administration.
- Knowledge of administrative law and experience with agricultural uses and lease contracts are also advantageous.
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable working style as well as a strong service orientation and communication skills.
- You are enthusiastic about new topics and challenges, and enjoy interacting with a wide range of stakeholders as much as a varied role.
