What is my role?

Our client is looking for a creative communications specialist with a focus on Employer Branding. In this role, you will make the employer brand shine and attract the best talents.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing and implementing target group-oriented communication strategies across various channels

• Designing and executing campaigns along the entire candidate journey

• Managing the career platform and creating appealing job advertisements

• Planning and conducting appearances at recruiting events

• Developing measures for employee retention

• Managing employer review platforms

You ensure an authentic, positive image externally and turn the employer brand into a real magnet for talent.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a communications specialist who convinces with creativity and strategic thinking.

Your profile:

• Completed training or degree in communication or marketing

• Strong presentation and performance skills

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams

• Confident handling of CMS systems, video editing, AI tools, and graphic programmes (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)

You enjoy working conceptually, keep the big picture in mind, and bring new ideas with initiative.
