About the job
You are responsible for the conception and establishment of the new retail pharmacy and accordingly shape the operational processes, the product range offering, as well as the positioning of the new pharmacy. In doing so, you also take an active role in the recruitment process of your future team, which you will lead. In this role, you build long-term relationships with our customers, patients, as well as the medical profession in the region and the hospital.
Start date by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed studies in pharmacy with a federal diploma or an equivalent MEBEKO recognition
- Professional practice permit (BAB) in the canton of Bern including FPH title in community pharmacy
- Initial leadership experience and/or project experience is an advantage
- Personality with balanced social and professional competence and a high understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
