• You have completed training as an optometrist or equivalent training, you are a master optician or optician and you have several years of professional and management experience
• You enjoy human relationships and demonstrate empathy
• You have a sense of organization, you work in a structured and responsible manner
• You have the ability to motivate people
• As a team player, you appreciate cooperation
• You are open to new technologies and working with MS Office 365
• Ideally, you already have some initial experience in management
• You are flexible regarding your future workplace in Switzerland
• You speak German and preferably one other national language
