Commercial Responsible Engineer 100%

As a commercial manager, you are the main contact for internal and external stakeholders in the designated markets. Your responsibilities will include managing technical and commercial requests to determine the most appropriate products and services. In collaboration with an experienced team, you will ensure business development and contribute to the development of market strategies. Your goal will be to acquire knowledge about the market and enhance mageba's reputation as a preferred supplier among local stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Work in partnership with engineering offices, contractors, and authorities to develop engineering solutions, in collaboration with mageba's technical team

Understand stakeholder needs and establish long-term relationships through exceptional technical and commercial support

Collaborate with external stakeholders, prepare and manage quotes, identify local market regulations for product approval in coordination with internal departments

Effectively communicate proposals and manage negotiations

Organize and lead promotional activities, conduct business trips, make presentations to design engineers, attend and present at conferences

Regularly and accurately enter data into the company's sales reporting and budgeting tools

Ensure a smooth transition of projects, support the project management team, and foster internal collaboration

Actively contribute to internal improvements of products, services, and processes

Enhance professional expertise through training and site visits

Your Profile

University degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field

Experience in the construction industry, preferably in sales or project management

Strong understanding of construction engineering, particularly regarding bridges and their equipment

Ability and enthusiasm to work with commercial and technical data

Fluency in French and English required; German is a plus

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proactive, motivated, and willing to travel for business development
