Watch Finisher (M/F) Polishing & Finishing

Your mission:

You are passionate about watch finishing and seeking a new challenge within an environment where quality and precision are at the heart of every creation.
We are recruiting Polishers / Watch Finishers to join workshops specialised in the manufacture of watch case components.

Your tasks
- Perform polishing, brightening, satin finishing, deburring and finishing touch-ups on watch components.
- Prepare parts and ensure the various finishing stages.
- Control the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the produced parts.
- Detect surface defects and carry out necessary retouches.
- Ensure production follow-up and associated computer data entry.
- Comply with quality standards, safety regulations and the requirements of high-end watchmaking.

Your profile:

- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Polisher, Federal Professional Certificate (AFP) in manual finishing or equivalent training, or 5 years of experience.
- Experience in an industrial environment is essential.
- Excellent mastery of manual finishing techniques.
- Very good dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to inspect surface conditions and guarantee impeccable aesthetic quality.
- Comfortable with basic computer tools.
