About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.

A workplace in the heart of Winterthur and a role with purpose: You accompany and support people with various needs in passenger and goods transport. To complement our team, we are looking for you from 01.01.2027
Fixed working days
Monday and Tuesday from 06:15 to 09:30 and from 15:15 to 17:15.

Including holiday cover 6 weeks per year, the days and times may then vary.
HOW?
- You transport employees with disabilities from their residence to the workplace and back again.
- You take on administrative tasks related to our passenger transports.
WHY YOU?
- Because you hold a category B driving licence and have at least 5 years of experience in passenger transport.
- Because you are in very good physical condition.
- Because you have very good German skills, at least level B2.
- Because you are an empathetic personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- Because you think and act in a very service-oriented manner.
- Because you have good local knowledge of the Winterthur area.
