Are you a construction professional looking to take charge of varied sites within a dynamic company?

For one of our clients, a recognised player in the construction sector, we are seeking a bilingual French/German Site Manager to strengthen their teams.

Your responsibilities

Organise, coordinate and supervise work on construction sites
Ensure proper execution of work respecting plans, deadlines, quality and costs
Manage and coordinate site teams
Distribute tasks and ensure daily follow-up of collaborators
Coordinate the various stakeholders: subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects and clients
Plan interventions and monitor work progress
Read and interpret plans and technical documents
Participate in site meetings and ensure communication with different partners
Control the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
Ensure adherence to safety rules on sites
Identify potential technical or organisational problems and propose solutions
Monitor orders and deliveries necessary for smooth progress of work
Prepare site reports and manage administrative follow-up related to the work
Communicate with various contacts in French and German

Your profile

Professional training in construction or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Site Manager in Switzerland
Strong technical knowledge and good understanding of construction processes
Experience in leading and coordinating teams
Good ability to read and understand technical plans
Very good command of French and German, minimum B2 level
Ability to communicate effectively in German with clients, suppliers, collaborators and partners
Ease in dealing with various stakeholders
Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities
Natural leadership and good communication skills
Practical mindset, rigour and solution-oriented
Driving licence essential
