Job Description
- Design, implement and administer Microsoft environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, PKI, DFS, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of infrastructures.
- Diagnose and optimise issues related to Active Directory, DNS and GPO.
- Implement and maintain security policies: password management, account lockout, audit and compliance.
- Ensure the integration of Active Directory with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting tasks.
- Design and maintain disaster recovery solutions for Active Directory.
- Administer PKI infrastructures, including Root and Intermediate certification authorities.
- Design, deploy and administer Citrix environments.
- Provide production support and resolve complex incidents.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and supervision solutions.
- Perform root cause analyses and contribute to Problem Management.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams for evolutions and integrations.
- Ensure system compliance with security policies and internal procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of environments and procedures.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, approximately one week per month.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration and engineering.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM and Exchange 2019.
- Solid skills in PKI and certificate management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Windows Server environments.
- Experience in automation with Ansible.
- Strong awareness of security, availability, monitoring and service continuity issues.
- Ability to handle complex incidents, perform root cause analyses and propose sustainable improvements.
- Experience with Citrix, Microsoft 365, Intune or AirWatch is a real asset.
- Autonomy, rigour and ability to work in a demanding and highly regulated environment.
