For our loyal and long-standing client in the Aarau region, we are looking for a trainer immediately.
Tasks
- Holistic support and assistance of trainees in everyday nursing
- Promotion and support with school tasks
- Planning, organizing, and conducting learning days
- Conducting and evaluating performance records and educational reports
- Participation in the recruitment process of new trainees
- Active participation in workshops and learning forums
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a health specialist or certified nurse HF (advantageous)
- Completed trainer course and experience in supporting trainees
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Strong teamwork skills
