Your tasksIndependent management of a kitchen station (e.g. Saucier, Gardemanger, Entremetier)
Preparation (Mise en Place) and cooking of dishes in consistently high quality
Plating dishes according to specified standards
Compliance with and control of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
Responsibility for goods receipt, storage, and inventory control
Close cooperation with the head chef
Participation in the development of new dishes and menus
Your profileCompleted vocational training as a cook/chef
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Expertise in classical and modern cuisine
Independent, structured, and clean working style
Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
High quality and sense of responsibility
excellent oral and written knowledge of the German language
