Job Description
Your Team and Your Mission
Experienced professionals work with a common goal at our company: to relieve builders and portfolio managers. We are experts in construction quality and accompany the entire lifecycle of real estate – from planning through execution to data-based lifecycle management.
Our headquarters are located in Winterthur (ZH). To strategically expand our market presence in Western Switzerland, we are looking for a committed individual residing in the region who will drive our growth with enthusiasm. Become part of a helpful, dedicated, and family-like team!
Your Area of Responsibility
As a project manager, you take on a central role in building and expanding our services in quality assurance in Western Switzerland. You combine professional project responsibility with entrepreneurial thinking and actively shape the further development of our regional business.
- You actively drive the strategic build-up and expansion of our quality assurance business area in Western Switzerland and sustainably develop our market presence.
- You identify new business opportunities, are responsible for acquiring customers and projects, and build a long-term network with relevant partners and decision-makers in the construction industry.
- You independently take on the management and coordination of demanding quality assurance projects across all trades and construction phases.
- You further develop the business area in Western Switzerland together with our existing team and will prospectively take on professional and personnel leadership responsibilities in building a regional team.
- You conduct site inspections, acceptances, factory tests, and warranty acceptances, assess construction quality, and document your findings in meaningful reports.
- You assess building components and construction defects independently and neutrally based on applicable contract provisions, standards, and quality standards.
- You provide comprehensive support to our customers, maintain long-term business relationships, and position us as a competent partner for quality assurance.
- You actively contribute your experience and market knowledge to the further development of our digital services and products.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- You have completed a construction or building services engineering education, for example as a structural technician, building services technician, architect (FH/Uni), or have a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering, building services, specialist planning, construction management, or quality assurance in Switzerland and possess sound knowledge of construction processes and various trades.
- You have experience in customer acquisition, business development, or market cultivation and ideally already have an established network in the Western Swiss construction and real estate industry.
- You think entrepreneurially, recognise market potentials, and bring the initiative as well as the strategic and operational skills to independently build, further develop, and sustainably establish a business area.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and are motivated to take on responsibility in the medium term for building, professional development, and leadership of a regional team.
- You communicate confidently with builders, planners, contractors, and other project participants and combine negotiation skills with sensitivity and assertiveness.
- You are digitally savvy, work confidently with MS Office, and are interested in actively shaping innovative digital solutions in construction.
- You communicate fluently in French, both spoken and written. German skills are an advantage.
