Role:
The company is the federal competence centre for procurement, technology, and property management in the security and defence-related environment. With high expertise and a broad range of tasks, it supports public clients in the procurement, development, and management of complex systems, technologies, and infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for project reporting for complex procurement projects.
You coordinate and manage assigned work packages and delivery projects.
You maintain the document and business management system.
You support management in controlling and resource management.
You take on organisational and coordinative tasks for the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or a comparable field.
At least two years of professional experience in controlling or project management.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, and SAP.
Team-oriented, structured, and independent working style.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
