As support for our Shared Service Finance at the Baar location, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Finance Employee (m/f/d) 60-80%
Your Tasks
- Invoicing, dunning and debt collection
- Accounts payable including processing of payment transactions
- Support in managing the general and subsidiary ledgers of various group companies
- Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Assistance in preparing VAT returns
- Master data maintenance
- Handling general administrative tasks and assisting with projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, ideally with ambitions for further education as a specialist in finance and accounting or already in corresponding further education
- Professional experience in finance and accounting
- Analytical skills and a flair for numbers
- Solid knowledge of Abacus
- Very good German skills
- Independent, efficient and careful working style
- Reliable and team-oriented personality
