For our Zurich region, the "Modernisation D-CH" unit within the "Buildings" division, we are looking for you as our new Head of Tender and Cost Planning (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon .
This position offers you the opportunity to take on a key role in acquiring new projects and actively shaping the further development of a strategically important area at Implenia.
What you will do
- You lead and develop the team for tender management and construction cost planning and actively shape processes, methods as well as the use of AI.
- You are responsible for handling project developments, general contractor competitions and subcontractor tenders up to the successful submission of offers.
- You ensure the economic efficiency, plausibility and quality of calculations and are responsible for risk management during the tender phase.
- You identify optimisation potentials and develop innovative and economical solutions for our clients.
- You work closely with management, specialists and internal stakeholders and contribute to the strategic further development of the area.
Why you will succeed
- You have a completed degree as an architect or civil engineer (ETH/FH) and ideally a business administration additional qualification (MBA/BWL).
- You bring at least 10 to 15 years of experience in the general contractor/subcontractor environment as well as in construction cost planning.
- You have successfully led complex large-scale projects and have a reliable network in the real estate and construction industry.
- You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, sound calculation knowledge and a strong understanding of economic contexts.
- You are a communicative leadership personality with high social competence, empathy and the ability to inspire teams for common goals.
