- Holistic care and support of our guests in the hospice.
- Co-design of individual and needs-oriented palliative care.
- Preparation, checking and dispensing of medication as well as performing medical-technical procedures and daily responsibility.
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team.
- Taking on organisational and administrative tasks.
This is what you bring
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or certified nursing specialist HF/FH.
- Experience or further training in palliative care is an advantage or willingness to acquire this knowledge.
- Independent, responsible and empathetic way of working.
- Team spirit, flexibility and a respectful approach to guests, relatives and employees.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends – without night shifts.
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as PC user skills.
