We fulfill the dream of cattle breeders in Switzerland and around the world for a healthy and productive herd with many valuable calves. Swissgenetics employs over 350 people throughout Switzerland. To complement our HR team in Zollikofen, we are looking for reinforcement.
You are eager
- to take responsibility for the entire recruitment process including the associated administration
- to be responsible for payroll and personnel administration of a subsidiary (approx. 35 employees)
- to advise and support managers in labor law and general leadership issues
- to contribute to the employee life cycle
- to participate in HR projects
You are familiar with
- recruitment
- HR management including payroll administration
- HR processes
- organizing personnel events
You love
- to use your very good German and French skills daily
- to apply your conceptual and organizational skills
- to work with people and numbers
You are
- a trained HR specialist with a federal diploma (or similar qualification) with professional experience
- a service-oriented and quality-conscious personality
You want
- to organize and complete your varied work independently
- at least 5 weeks of vacation, excellent public transport connections, and parking
