The Horburghof residential home offers contemporary and development-oriented living and day-structure services for adults with extensive assistance needs. 21 people with disabilities and varying support requirements find a long-term home here. The support is provided in two residential groups as well as in the provided apartments, which are integrated into a residential complex.

You support people with disabilities in their daily living and take on tasks in accompaniment and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as day-structured activities. Key aspects of your daily work include key worker duties and health promotion. You develop development plans, implement them in daily life, and conduct key worker discussions (including documentation). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives and third parties is also part of this exciting area of responsibility.

• Completed training (FaBe, FaGe, curative education nurse) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or interest in the agogic field of work
• Sense of responsibility, independent working style, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours (no night or on-call duties)
