About the position

On behalf of one of our renowned clients specialising in fire protection and building safety, we are actively seeking experienced firestop installers to work on various sites in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your main tasks

• Installation: Implementation and installation of firestop systems (single-component/two-component foams, intumescent collars, mortars, coatings and fireproof insulating panels).

• Compliance: Treatment of cable passages, pipes and ventilation ducts in accordance with fire safety standards.

• Plan reading: Analysis of execution plans and strict adherence to technical data sheets and regulatory procedures.

• Inspection and finishing: Checking the seal and applying conformity marking labels on site.

• Experience: Proven and autonomous experience in firestop or fire protection on construction sites.
• Technical skills: Mastery of fireproof material application techniques and good plan reading skills.
• Mobility: Driving licence (cat. B) and personal vehicle highly desirable for travelling to sites.
• Abilities: Rigour, autonomy, respect for safety standards and ability to work at heights.
• Status: Valid work permit in Switzerland.
