Job description
We are currently looking for a IT Support Level 2/3 (VIP) - F/H/X to strengthen our IT teams and provide high-level support to internal and VIP users.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Provide IT support at levels 2 and 3 to internal and VIP users
- Diagnose, qualify and resolve technical incidents within deadlines
- Manage and administer Remote Desktop Server (RDS) environments and workstations
- Work on the configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment: switches, firewalls, routers
- Administer and maintain Cisco and Checkpoint equipment (VPN, security rules, VLAN)
- Ensure escalation of complex incidents to N3 teams and manufacturers
- Write and maintain technical documentation (procedures, knowledge base, runbooks)
- Guarantee a quality service relationship, especially with VIP users
🎯 Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support N2/N3 or systems/network administration
- You master Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, RDS, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, VMware/Hyper-V environments
- You have advanced skills in Cisco IOS (routers, L2/L3 switches), Checkpoint (firewall, VPN, SmartConsole), VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, network monitoring (PRTG, Nagios)
- You have solid knowledge of security principles: access management (MFA, SSO), network segmentation, least privilege principle, EDR/enterprise antivirus
- You master ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira SM, Remedy or equivalent, and ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes)
- You speak fluent French and English
- You demonstrate the ability to manage complex situations and ensure a quality service relationship with demanding users
- You show autonomy, rigour and team spirit
- You possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have a proactive approach to problem solving
