About the job
What is my role?
Our client is looking for a professional who independently carries out the pre-assembly and final assembly of customised bathroom furniture according to CAD plans and job descriptions. High-quality washbasin and mirror cabinet systems are assembled precisely and with great attention to detail.
The employee will be involved in diverse specialised tasks in the areas of LED technology, Corian®, and laser technology. Occasional assignments on machines or during installations provide additional variety in the workday.
Our client desires a committed employee who thinks proactively, contributes their own suggestions, and actively helps to continuously improve work processes and product quality.
What do I need to be successful?
Our client requires an employee with a completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ or EBA and solid practical experience in furniture manufacturing.
Enthusiasm for precise craftsmanship and the production of high-quality, customised pieces of furniture is expected.
We are looking for someone with a quick grasp who can confidently read technical drawings and implement them accurately in practice.
An independent, solution-focused approach to tasks as well as a strong awareness of quality and precision are expected.
Strong teamwork skills, high reliability, and openness to learning new techniques and procedures are important.
What are my benefits?
Our client offers a varied working environment with individual customer solutions, demanding projects, and first-class materials instead of monotonous routine work.
The employee has the opportunity to work independently, contribute creative ideas, and at the same time benefit from the support of a committed team.
Technically high-quality products await the employee, combining traditional carpentry with the latest manufacturing technologies.
Our client provides a balanced work-life balance with a 41.5-hour week, five weeks of paid holiday, and flexible working time models.
Appreciation in everyday work includes a paid afternoon break as well as free coffee and mineral water.
Our client promotes personal and professional development through financial support for training and further education.
A pleasant, collegial working atmosphere is offered, where mutual support, respect, and good cooperation are paramount.
