Workplace: Urdorf
Main tasks
- Conducting recruitments in collaboration with management (DE/EN)
- Contact person for managers and employees on HR-related questions
- Optimization and further development of existing HR processes and structures
- Active participation and taking over HR projects (e.g., Abacus, HR dashboard)
- Complete personnel administration (entries, exits, changes, contracts) as well as social insurance matters (daily sickness benefits, accident insurance, family allowances, withholding tax)
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
Requirements
- Several years of HR experience as an HR generalist (at least 5 years)
- Further education in HR (preferably completed HR specialist certificate with focus A)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor, tax, and social insurance law
- Experience with HR tools (ideally Abacus), including knowledge in tool implementation or process digitization
- High service orientation and reliability, strong communication skills, discreet and trustworthy
- Efficient, precise, and independent working style
- Solution-oriented team player with high self-motivation
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office and very high IT affinity (Confluence, Jira advantageous)
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, very good French skills desirable, and basic knowledge of Italian advantageous
