Family business founded in 1985, we are one of the largest painting, plastering and insulation companies in the Lake Geneva region, employing over 150 staff across our sites in Renens, Vevey and Nyon.

To complete our Renens team, we are looking for a:
Plastering and Painting Technician at 100%
Your challenge:
- Prospecting new clients and acquiring new contracts.
- Preparing quotes, tenders, invoices, and deposit requests.
- Managing workers, planning and ordering materials.
- Monitoring construction sites, quality control and work supervision.
- Calculating and checking the profitability of projects.
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a building painter, a team leader painter diploma, a federal foreman painter certificate as well as the federal master craftsman diploma.
- You have good knowledge of the construction and real estate sector in Vaud.
- You have a strong client, quality and results orientation as well as a good presentation.
- You have worked as a technician in the finishing trades for more than 3 years.
- Profitability is a priority for you.
- You are capable of working both in a team and independently.
- You are a skilled negotiator, able to listen, convince and build a trusting relationship with your clients and partners.
- You are sociable, personable, dynamic, autonomous and proactive.
- You have good computer skills and are able to manage the administrative part of your work.
- You hold a driving licence (essential).
