Automation Technician - Maintenance and Repairs

• Preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, building technology, and infrastructure systems
• Timely troubleshooting of production equipment, building technology, and infrastructure systems
• Performing connection work and assisting with commissioning of new systems
• Carrying out maintenance on electrical installations according to applicable standards
• Managing the electrical spare parts inventory
• Participation in electrical projects
• Willingness to be on call

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer, or automation technician
• Professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment
• Operating electrician permit (Art. 13 NIV) or further training in maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledge of PLC controls, control and regulation technology as well as motors and pneumatics
• High degree of independence and self-motivation, structured approach, good interconnected thinking
• Native German speaker, good English skills desired
